I’m Miah

I’ve competed at a high level in trail and ultra running, and understand what it takes to perform, stay consistent, and keep improving.

Like a lot of runners, I used to think more running was always the answer.

But after dealing with bone stress injuries myself, I realised performance isn’t just about running more — it’s about building a body that can actually handle the training.

That experience completely changed how I approach coaching today.

My Approach

Coaching should support your running — not leave you exhausted from unnecessary training.

My approach focuses on building strength that improves performance, supports recovery, and helps runners stay consistent long term.

Every program is designed around the individual runner, their goals, training load, and experience level — not generic gym programming.

The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to train smarter, stay healthy, and keep progressing.
